The centre board.

I glued two pieces of 10mm plywood together making a centre board. I've put it in the kitchen because it was too cold in the shed for the epoxy to harden.
Kaya is watching over my glue work.

Then I shaped the centre board and clamped a mahogany head stock on.

Here the centerboard has been epoxied and sheeted with fibreglass. Afterwards I applied a primer coat and two layers of off-white DD laker. All 'left overs' from building the Ilur.
